MORE ABOUT ME

Jim has spent the last 30 years starting and growing churches.  He has extensive experience coaching church staff members and church planters.  He has been a workshop presenter at Exponential.  The network of churches he started have been listen in Outreach Magazines Top 100 Reproducing Churches. He is passionate about Churches being effective in connecting with the culture while still remaining biblically sound.  He is the author of "Use It Or Lose It," an important parenting book offering a plan for helping children own their own faith and become difference makers.  He is also the author of the biblical worldview book "Christ In Culture."

Jim and his wife, Lauri, have been married since 1991 and have two daughters who continue to be strong spiritual influences as adults.  

Jim founded and leads the North Ridge network of churches in the East Tennessee area.
